So the 25KHz resolution monitor was nice, but a pain to update. So I got rid of it and went with a regular LCD TV.
Without all the monitor accessories I was able to toss the isolation transformer and big 12V power supply for something a bit better.
Here is the first picture of the ghetto mounting job I rigged up for the TV. I used the brace from the original stand for the bottom support.
If you look carefully you can see my sweet shims I used to level the TV. Yes, I used two pencils (ticonderoga #2 of course)
I installed a small power supply for the lights. I'll get more pictures later.
